What the Executive Producer is really planning?

Today on the podcast I have Yana Groves who is an executive producer and is the the founder of Bloomtime Media. Yana’s credits include My Kitchen Rules, Big Brother, Masterchef AND Bachelor in Paradise.

....and the rest of her resume reads like the creme del a creme of reality shows made here in Australia…. but most impressively, Yana now runs a training and mentorship program for people wanting to enter, up skill or even take a sidestep in the TV industry.
