Some of my favorite tips she share were around conscious eating:
1. FIgure out the foods you love that you eat, the foods you love that you don't eat. Incorporate them everyday through the lens of weight loss
3. Increase protein or whatever your goal may be - veggies? Water?
4. Give yourself permission to eat for physical AND emotional hunger
5. Move your body everyday out of self care.
