It's not rocket science, however - with all of the guessing and estimations being publicized online and within the TV sphere, I see some interesting things happening. First and foremost, most of the real estate news consuming public are being misled. They are being provided information that is meant to influence some type of buying or selling decision. 

Some of the portals are saying now is the best time to buy and the best time to sell.  That could be true, but it's not without some clarification.

Remember, always seek your own medical professionals advice before you change anything having to do with diet or working out. Make sure you always are true to yourself and do a daily self check to see how you are sabotaging yourself when it comes to you not being your best self. 

Today I wanted to discuss what it means to be on auto pilot when it applies to your personal habits and addictions. The best way in which to cure yourself is to realize what you are doing on a present level. 

I'd say conscious - but that word and level is top tier and beyond my total comprehension at this time in my life.

I'm not speaking from the clouds - but I am speaking from somewhat of an enlightened state.

Hey everybody, it's Connor with honor with Realty One Success here in Santa Cita Valley. I have a fall maintenance checklist that I want to give you. We have 12 things that I think you might want to do or at least look into some of them with reference to home ownership owning your residents. And if you happen to be renting, maybe you can talk to your landlord about it. But these things are going to potentially protect your home throughout the fall in the winter months. Now in southern California, we usually don't get that bad weather, but there are a few things on this list that I would maintain every year on residence as I own, just to make sure that we don't have any issues. So the first thing, looking around your residents, I don't know how your windows are, but you might want to kind of go have a look, see if anything's broken.

So my journey is reflective of a lot of the clients that I work with and the way that I was able to work through certain things, myself, obviously, as well as the academia and all that, um, has created the processes in which I help others. I know what it's like to be debilitated on in anxiety. I was medicated for eight years. I know what it's like to be molested. I know what it's like to have eating disorders. I know what it's like to have death in the family. I know all these different experiences and each one has lent to me finding a way to process and not allow it to make me collapse. Originally I would cope. I would compartmentalize cuz I thought that was a way to survive. It is not. It is the coping and the, and the, um, suppression and boxing in of those emotions that cause the systemic disease that is created over the course of our lives, that creates things like self hate, um, dissatisfaction, um, boredom, um, just overall malaise, guilt, shame, whatever it may be that can transpire into people's lives.

Good day, everybody. It is Connor MacIvor  Connor with honor I'm with Realty one group here in Santa Cleta valley. We're gonna have another buyer video where, where I'm talking about how I walk through residences. When I'm representing my clients as real estate buyers and things, I point out the things you should be looking for, and hopefully your agent knows what to look for and if not, gimme a call. So I can be that agent. All right, we're gonna talk about windows, fog and seals. Whenever I'm going through a residence, besides what I'm looking for outside, I'm looking at the H V a C. I'm looking for the air conditioning unit, the, the compressor outside. If it happens to be out there not roof mounted, I'm looking in cabinets. I'm looking under sinks, I'm smelling all my senses are alive. Also my visual sense is alive.
