Sometimes, there aren't words. And sometimes, it's OK not to have any.

It's ok to do what you need: take your time, step away, unfollow, unsubscribe, unfriend, pause, and NOT share everything you're thinking and feeling.

Today, I want to get into an issue I've faced in my own business as I navigate marketing myself on social media when life gets lifey. I don't have the answers, but I can help you find your own answers to:
What and when to share
How vulnerable and personal to get
Which conversations to engage in
How to weather the storms on social media including hardship, grief, loss, family, relationships, politics, religion, toxicity, comparison, and so much more!
Questions for You to Consider:
How closely does this align with my brand's mission and core values?
Does my client and customer base care about this? Do I need to address it with them?
Am I prepared for potential backlash, and can I/my business handle the consequences?
Will sharing this serve or benefit my customers or clients in some way?
Am I sharing a unique/helpful perspective or adding to the noise? Why am I sharing this?
Is this a one-time statement, or do I need to share about this consistently?
How will I respond if people disagree or ask questions?
Will I regret staying silent on this?
Will I regret sharing this?
