In 20 years serving on luxury yachts, Chef Adrienne Gang has learned every lesson the hard way, and now, she wants to create calmer waters for her peers. 

This October, Adrienne is launching a course with Florida International University called Luxury Culinary Operations: Yacht and Estate Logistics.
