The NCAA Transfer Portal opened up earlier this week and there have already been some big names to enter and begin a search for their new home. Arizona State Sun Devils football has been very aggressive in the portal the last two seasons under Kenny Dillingham, which makes us believe that ASU could once again look to add a player or two. Could adding a veteran quarterback be an option for the program? It makes some sense considering the lack of play time currently on the team. Trenton Bourguet is the team's veteran, but he hasn't had a ton of starting experience as one would expect from a red-shirt senior and it could push the Sun Devils to look for another long-tenured option. The Sun Devils also have youngsters with Jaden Rashada, Sam Leavitt, and Navi Bruzon who could benefit from another veteran in the locker room. There are still a few options in the portal that the Sun Devils could add, including a former conference rival in former UCLA Bruin Collin Schlee.
