Would the penny-pinching team fork up a huge multi-year contract for Ozuna, or is this merely a ploy by his agent (and perhaps the Rays) to drive up his price among other suitors? While probably not likely to happen, here's some food for thought: the Rays currently have a very manageable payroll and could still trade Kevin Kiermaier to offset Ozuna's asking price. Wait to see.
