Alice Churnock is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with a concentration in adolescents and young adults. To provide an alternative to medication for relief of symptoms surrounding focus and attention, anxiety, insomnia and other cognitive dysregulations, Alice is also Board Certified in Neurofeedback and frequently utilizes neurofeedback for both children and adults. Alice shares how neurofeedback is used to treat mental health struggles, and she gives us helpful insight into how Christians can think about the use of this form of treatment.
