For Mom’s, her physical and mental well-being directly impacts kids development, stability, and creating a positive feedback loop where a healthy mom provides energy, patience, and healthy role modeling matters especially if the kids spend more time with mothers. Making sure moms have a, secure, nurturing home for everyone is a big responsibility because there is no “I will see what I can do and call you later” We have to make something happen now. When a mother neglects her health it creates stress and instability, affecting the entire family's resilience and happiness. That’s where all the yelling, less hugs, less laughs come in. Making the “taking care of Mom" stance priority helps everyone. The dad is not stressed, the kids have peace, it’s the best way to care for the family.

From the beginning even while they're in their 50s and 60s, our kids call us because they need us in a different way.A lot of things get miss handled misunderstood and not given the priority. It needs to because a lot of people can't see things from my mom's point of view. This season I want to focus on parenting and coparenting and being a wife, or girlfriend to people who can't always see it from my mom's point of view. Being in this adulting life trying to maneuver through work, careers and traveling and wanting to be entrepreneurs, people who do not have kids cannot understand why you do what you do and how you do it from my mom's point of view.
This season was created to build understanding and consideration for how Mom's show up in this world. Thank you so much for allowing me to provide another season of Cozy Womb podcast. This is a podcast that I started to give the real on parenting and I will continue to do so.

I want mines to be. So I let them know how their behavior says more than words.
The lack there of or the laziness when they are capable of better.
We cannot do everything for them and then wonder why they can't keep a job?
Why no relationship last with them in their 30's?
Why they pick horrible friends to hang with?
Why do they make unintelligent decisions?
There are so many things we have to stop doing for them and allowing a tech device to do for them too... it's dumbing them down.

Welcome Back to Cozy Womb podcast, season 23 will begin mid July !!!
The focus this season is on : The Idea of What I would Do If I Had A Son...
Before I had…
kids, I always imagined having sons. At least 13 of them... After kid one... I was like lawdddd, labor was hell... I might not wanna do that again.
Well, I did... and it was another girl, completely different personality. Now they are 9 and 12.. I removed my tubes because I'm still single and unmarried. Two kids and experiencing single parent living... I don't need a third single parent experience... although there is still a 1% chance... my God wouldn't do me like that... I hope not.
Nonetheless, I always wanted to see the boy version of me... I wanted to put my son up on game about style, manners, what works/ doesn't work with girls. How to be confident no matter what... ways to protect himself while being emotionally aware. I see the loopholes in boys, young men and older men that their mama's missed... Women today are dealing with raising kids they made with men and the fathers are still struggling with their inner child. Which makes it exhausting for a partner because as a woman, you carry more mentally, emotionally and sometimes physically because as a father... they still do not understand how to step up.
Women cannot be the mother to grown men... we cannot fix their "Mama Wounds". We want them to get better, seek therapy and repair their relationships with their mom... but we cannot force it.
Each episode I will explore the needs of boys and how I would handle them... If I had a son of my own.
