Diddy's new home for the foreseeable future is prison. A federal judge in New York has denied him bail. Sean Combs pleaded not guilty today (Tuesday) in New York to sex trafficking, racketeering and kidnapping charges. He also offered to put up $50 million in bond, wear a tracking monitor and limit his movement to New York and South Florida. But Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky said no way. Diddy is facing life in prison if he's convicted on all charges. (TMZ)

Zakk Sabbath, the Black Sabbath tribute act led by Zakk Wylde, has announced a winter tour with tribute acts to Iron Maiden (the all-female The Iron Maidens) and Led Zeppelin (Zoso). They will be at Pop’s on January 11th!

Deftones have announced a North American tour with The Mars Volta and Fleshwater. It starts February 25th in Portland, Oregon and wraps up April 8th in Boston. – I am holding out hope that maybe we can get them to come out in May for Pointfest…

Bring on The Sims movie … Amazon and EA are teaming up with Margot Robbie to bring the legendary video game The Sims to the big screen. The movie reportedly will try to capture some quirky fun of the game, including Freezer Bunnies and pools without ladders. The goal, of course, is to create a big splash, along the lines of the Barbie movie – as well as celebrate the 25th anniversary of the game.

On Tuesday, Instagram rolled out mandatory teen accounts, for all new and current IG users under 18 years old.

AND FINALLY

Green Day's Dookie has been certified 20-times platinum by the RIAA. It's the 13th album to reach that mark, and the trio posted a photo of their awards from the RIAA on Instagram and wrote, "Thank you to everyone who has loved this album as much as we have over the past 30 years and to all of you who have made it possible to live out our dreams."
