Badass on the outside but unsure on the inside? The fix is inside your head and I’m going to teach you all the secrets. On this week’s show, I’m proud to announce that my new course, The B.S. Method is now live! The B.S. Method (B.S. stands for Better Stories) and teaches you how to tell yourself a better story in 5 minutes or less. Yes, 5 minutes!

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSEvery day you wake up and there is a script playing in your head. It’s been writing itself since the day you were born, and it’s influencing every decision you make on a subconscious level. Once you understand how these stories are subtly impacting every vital area of your life, you can finally change your subconscious to start building the lifestyle you want. The B.S. Method teaches you how to rewire your mind so it can start telling yourself better stories (in 5 minutes or less).
Why do stories matter so much? Because your focus creates reality. Even the things you don’t realize you’re focusing on. Your mind blocks you from success by always taking the path of least resistance. With the wrong stories playing in your head, your inner subconsciousness will resist change and create its own obstacles to prevent you from reaching your goals.
People who have the wrong stories playing in their head…
There’s a reason life coaches don’t work out for everyone. Most are hyper-focused on “FIXING” what’s missing from your personality. This is 100% wrong. There is nothing to fix.Instead, master how to rewire your mind so it can start telling the stories that help you take advantage of your natural talent and start manifesting the things you want to happen.
The B.S. Method teaches you how to tell yourself a better story in 5 minutes or less. Here’s what you get with the course:
You get access to:
The current price is $48.88 until 5/24/21. After that, the price increases by 100%. I wanted to offer this low introductory price to those who wanted to jump in early and take action. What are you waiting for? Let’s get started!

Six months ago when I started with crypto, I felt like a kid in a candy store. This whole new financial world had opened up for me which was so fascinating, exciting and confusing, all at the same time. There was so much to learn, I’d spend hours consuming blogs, reading telegram channels and trying things on my own until my comfort level improved. The biggest thing I felt like was missing for me when I got started in crypto, was creating a crypto strategy or plan for myself. When I got started, I treated it like the wild wild west where I was moving from one thing to the next, buying this and buying that and before I knew it, I had spent a lot more money than I intended to spend!

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSPart of the process of getting started with something like this, is just to get started. You have to actually do things to understand them and once you do those things you have a better idea of why you should or shouldn’t do those things again. I can now look back and start to put some order to my approach to crypto and formulate a plan for how I want to move forward. This episode is meant to give you some ideas so you can do the same for yourself. I am not an expert in crypto or financial advisor and this episode is not meant to be financial advice. However, I am a beginner. And beginners often have great perspectives because they don’t know any better! Beginners don’t put limitations on things. So we just do some things that seem right based on what we’ve read, what others have told them or just by dumb luck! My intention with this episode is to help others who are interested in getting started in crypto or are new to crypto so you can create your own crypto strategy.
PointPay was mentioned in this episode as a way to easily stake your crypto and earn interest.

I realized something the other day, I’m happy. I don’t know how this happened. The happiness actually snuck up on me, but what I realized is it’s there more often than it’s not and I can genuinely say I have a level of inner contentment that I’ve never experienced before.

On this episode of the Create What You Speak Podcast, I share everything I went through over the past few months that I feel played a key role into finding inner contentment even when there was still outer chaos. Nothing has actually changed in my life, but something has definitely changed within me. I share my secrets this week, don’t miss it!

This episode is an example from my own life about how when we choose not to believe the made up stories in our head and decide to be vulnerable and open, surprisingly positive things can happen. I was struggling with lack of communication with my boyfriend and I was ready to just give up. I went through a series of made up stories inside my head to self-righteously confirm why what I thought was correct and what I was going to do about it.

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSThat was all fine and good but no matter how hard I tried, there was still a nagging thought at the back of my head. Because I had no way to confirm what I thought was true because I hadn’t actually been able to talk to my boyfriend about any of it yet. Then I open my inbox and this article pops up: Are Communication Cold Wars Ruining Your Relationships? By Renata Gomes.. Hmmm… seems like perfect timing universe, thanks for this one.
On this episode, I share my thoughts on this article, how our own communication cold wars are keeping us from the happiness we want and how when I chose to stop mine, the surprising results I got. This is a must listen to episode and can deeply impact your life for the better if you choose to listen!

Adjust accordingly. I like those words. Just saying them brings almost instant relief to me because it reminds me that I don’t have to continue whatever I’m doing with a rigid perspective and rigid actions.

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSIn fact, I don’t even have to continue doing anything at all. I can change my mind. I can change my plans. I can change whatever the hell I want because this is my life and I’m in control of it. I create my own reality!
Too often I have found myself forgetting that I can adjust accordingly and it’s not until I’m at my breaking point that I give myself the permission to do so. That’s not a way to live!
On this week’s show I share some thoughts on being able to adjust accordingly. I was looking back over the past year and I was surprised to find that I had grown in areas I didn’t think I’d grown at all. I credit this to being able to adjust accordingly. I have some relatable examples to share with you as well as the benefits to making these changes. My intention with this episode is to remind you to give yourself permission to adjust accordingly and to remember to do so as often as you need to!

Today I’m going to tell you the story about the birds in cage 4. This story is based on a study done with birds to understand schedules of reinforcement. What are schedules of reinforcement and why do the birds in cage 4 matter? Because this is an easy illustration to understand our own attachments as adults and how we are reacting to things in our own lives. I have an example to share with you about this from my own life, one that was particularly triggering for me and how I was able to overcome it. If you are an intuitive person, you are going to want to make sure you listen to this episode. You may be using your own intuition against yourself and I share some thoughts on what you can do about it to stop that behavior. My intention with this episode is to help you sort through your own patterns and attachment styles and find a breakthrough in an area you might be feeling misunderstood. Don’t miss this stimulating episode!

My anger doesn’t have to hurt anyone. Wait, what? Hearing that statement was like a foreign concept to me. I thought that WAS the reason for anger. To hurt and inflict pain. Whether it was on others or myself. Realizing that anger doesn’t have to hurt anyone hit me like a ton of bricks, I had never considered that before. On this week’s show, I explore the topic of anger. Anger can be a confusing emotion and hard to know exactly how to handle it. I cover all that and more on this week’s show and I leave you with practical ways that you can come into a healthy relationship with anger, right now! Don’t miss this eye opening episode!

I know why you did that. That may sound like an ominous or accusatory statement upon first glance, but that phrase has actually been a great way for me to start the self-soothing process when the inner punisher wants to try to destroy me with my thoughts for something perceived as “wrong”.

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSThe ability to self-soothe is one of the greatest skills you can learn as a human being. On this week’s show, I share my thoughts on self-soothing, how you can start to do that in triggered moments and the benefits of learning this simple trick. It doesn’t take long to start feeling better once you learn how to self-soothe. It just takes the willingness and the awareness to go within & take care of yourself in those moments. You can learn how to do that and more in this episode!

There is so much power in the unspoken “story”, those storylines, thoughts and feelings that run on autopilot in the back end of our personal operating systems. But how valid are those stories? On this week’s show, I share my thoughts on how to determine if your “story” reconciles with your current reality and if it doesn’t what you can do about it. This was a very powerful episode for me to record because I share with you how I was able to move past one of the biggest “stories” that has held me back for over 20 years. My intention is you find the same discovery and relief by listening to this episode.

The post Irreconcilable Differences with Our “Story” appeared first on WebTalkRadio.net.
I’ve been working through some intense self-discovery over the past few weeks that has led me to some great insight. In this episode, I share my thoughts on how feeling separate and alone is a big part of our pain, how triggers cause the feelings of separation & the process we go through which causes these fractured parts of ourselves to exist energetically. I also share some insight on how this process unfolds & what we can do to alleviate this pain that comes from feeling separate and alone (spoiler: it’s all an illusion, no one is alone). My intention is that you see your pain and trauma with new eyes after this episode and welcome the fractured versions of yourself back home to safety.
