I was really inspired by an article in the Jmore magazine. It sparked my curiosity about the effects of bullying to how we perceive ourselves. It turned out that not only we can suffer from low self confidence, anxiety and a weaker position because of bullies at school, but this situation is often carried to adulthood, making our lives more miserable.

But what emerged was that some of those popular, pretty and successful people who made our life hell were also miserable. The truth about bullying and some good tips about stopping it.
