We are working at a time when we are constantly bombarded with things that need our attention.  Countless emails arriving in our inbox before we’ve had time to deal with yesterday’s emails, in back to back meetings all day barely stopping to grab some lunch, calls from senior colleagues with another new task or project for our to do lists.

So, we get through it by diligently ticking things off our to do list and hoping that by the end of the week that to do list is a bit smaller (spoiler alert: it never is).
