Today we've got engineer, entrepreneur, real estate investor, realtor, martial arts fighter, and musician, Reggie Ross with us! Reggie is a chemical engineer working in the oil and gas industry who also owns over 25 single-family homes from only 3 years of investing in real estate.
Reggie is an out-of-the-box thinker. Typically you would think that he acquired these assets one-by-one since they are single-family homes, but you'd be wrong. Reggie found a way to syndicate a portfolio of single-family homes in order to catapult his success exponentially. I'm gonna be honest, I had never really thought about this strategy until he told me this was his niche. It opened up a very interesting conversation, of which, we are sharing with you today.
Not only is his primary method of syndication different, but he also structures the deal in a way that he's able to keep 100% of the equity! That's insane! I must learn more.
So, today we will be discussing, which is better, single family syndication or multifamily syndication? We'll talk about the differences, the pros, the cons, how you can do your own syndication, where you can find these portfolio opportunities, how are we able to keep more of the equity, and more.
