We interview CrossFit Kate Gordon and her new fiancee, Greg. They are the hosts of the Gone Rogue Podcast. Kate is a highly respected CrossFit Coach and a member of the CrossFit seminar staff responsible for trainer others to become CrossFit coaches. She owns an online fitness programming business and a nutrition coaching company. She has competed at the CrossFit Games twice and is an incredible athlete.

Her and Greg are in a publicly open relationship and will be attending our event, Be Better At Being Bad, at Hedonism II Resort, January 6-13th. Kate will be one of the keynote speakers.

Throughout this episode we discuss the difficulties Kate has faced trying to integrate discussions of sex onto her social media platforms. We also dive deep into all of our ongoing triumphs and struggles with consensual non-monogamy, separate dating, and body image issues.
