Temptation Resort has always been a little confusing (to us). It's not quite a lifestyle resort, not quite a vanilla resort. It's not clothing optional but also not exactly clothing required either. It somehow manages to exist in a category all its own without being creepy or weird, which is quite an accomplishment tbh.
It's not our first trip here, so before heading back, we made a list.
Are there actually lifestyle couples there? Are single guys really as bad as people say? How strict are the photo rules? What can you wear right to the edge of "OMG what is she wearing?" Where can you wear it? And what happens if you decide the balcony is part of your 'bedroom'? There are also a few Temptation urban legends we've heard for years that seemed overdue for some highly unscientific testing.
We packed up our gear and travelled to the site they call: Temptation Cancun Resort.
Four days later, we came home tired, tan and mildly traumatized, but with actual answers to some of the questions. Some are and will forever be the mystery that Temptation Resort is.
Along the way, we talk about why Temptation is hard to define, who we think actually enjoys it most, and why the difference between watching the party and becoming part of it may be the whole point. And how to enjoy it most depending on what kind of personality you have.
Pack something inappropriate. It's another trip through Room 77.

It took a reptile assault for a stranger just to speak to us.
This month, we’re talking about the lifestyle experiences that intrigue us but still scare the hell out of us. Richard considers the questionable sights, smells, and surprise taints of a blackout room, while Lauren wonders whether she could survive being the anonymous attraction on the other side of a ‘female buffet wall”.
We climb into the lifestyle DeLorean and ask our members: “If you could go back and give your brand-new lifestyle self one piece of advice, what would it be?” The answers range from advice regarding confidence, rules, and using your voice, Oh. Also no one cares. Lauren unveils her new tatas while talking about getting groped by her doctor.
Great Scott—it’s another trip through Room 77.

A listener shares a hookup that took a turn he never saw coming, leaving Richard with about a hundred questions, Lauren with a few clinical observations, and all of us wondering how we'd react if we found ourselves in the exact same situation.
From there, things somehow get even more interesting.
Haley joins us because she's trying to do something that terrifies most people in the lifestyle—pick up a complete stranger who isn't in it. Is there a right way to tell someone you're happily married but your husband already knows you're interested? Richard coaches her through his favorite pickup strategy, Lauren weighs in, and everyone agrees there's a very real chance this could either end in fireworks or become the most awkward gym experience of all time.
Along the way we dive into attraction, labels, bisexuality, the overlap between the lifestyle and the LGBTQ+ community, why these conversations aren't always as simple as they seem, and why Richard somehow manages to turn every serious discussion into an argument about penis depth.
Oh... and Lauren has new boobs.

We had a theory.
If we wanted to get better at hosting MFM experiences before our October event, maybe we should stop overthinking it and start practicing.
So we did what any responsible adults would do...We recruited single guys off X. What could possibly go wrong?
In this episode, we compare two very different experiences. One guy showed up late, brought a little too much confidence, and reminded us why single men get a bad reputation. The other arrived with a completely different energy and ended up giving us one of the hottest MFM experiences we've had in a very long time.
Along the way we talk about:
Joining us is Haley, who helps us break down the female perspective, why MFM dynamics can feel so different from traditional foursomes, and why being surrounded by masculine energy is such a turn-on for some women.

Thanks to all our Patreons who's schedule lined up for this episode! We had a blast despite Telegram's "raise your hand" silliness. We are going to do it again, next time on Zoom, with more of a heads-up. We hope you cancel all plans for us next time!
