This has been the fifth deadliest hurricane in the last three-quarters of a century.--A volunteer firefighter from South Carolina was threatened with arrest after using his private helicopter to help the rescue efforts in North Carolina in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene's devastation.--Audio of Georgia Governor Brian Kemp who ripped in to the Biden/Harris administration for their lack of response and even ignoring several counties and communities. --Audio of people who share their extreme frustration with the lack of government response to the storm over 4-5 days. In spite of this, the major media insists on concentrating on new allegations against President Trump. --A grieving mother talks about her son's last moments during the storm as he called out for Jesus.--The Harris/Walz campaign is blaming Trump for gutting FEMA and therefore blocked disaster relief funding when he was president.Hear the rest, including what listeners had to say, on this edition of Crosstalk.

Why would a bacteria be considered life on Mars yet a heartbeat on earth not be considered life? This is a question many pro-abortion advocates must answer because as this broadcast shows, even our vice president refuses to face the obvious ramifications of her support for abortion.In the recent debate with J.D. Vance, Governor Tim Walz quoted Matthew 25:40 which mentions the least among us. By supporting abortion, he fails to realize the damage he's doing to, as Mat described them, "the least of the least." This is a reference to the unborn in the womb; those who have no ability to speak or in any way defend themselves and are being brutally destroyed everyday.This is happening in Minnesota where Walz is governor. Mat noted how Walz had a bill called the Reproductive Healthcare Bill that allows abortion through all nine months of pregnancy. There's the Born Alive Infants Protection Act that would protect children born alive after an abortion. That was repealed under his governorship. There's the law that no longer requires reporting of babies that are born alive. In other words you can have a birth, the baby is allowed to die, and no reporting of that death is necessary. Sadly, this activity is often denied, yet Walz is the governor that this has happened under. This should come as no surprise.

He sees Israel as a liberator for those who want out from under the ayatollahs and terror groups, even many in Iran who want to see such regimes toppled.Mat sees VP Kamala Harris as left of left (radical on abortion and LGBTQ) yet he believes Governor Tim Walz may be even further to the left. Mat reminded listeners how Harris raided the home of David Daleiden to stop the videos in 2015-2016 regarding the trafficking of human body parts by Planned Parenthood from being delivered to the public. She wants to pass a bill that would allow abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, wants to pass the so-called "Equality Act" that would repeal the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, she's the "Border Czar" yet never really visited the border while allowing many illegals to cross the border.

General Assembly. He addressed the continuation of the fighting in Lebanon and the Iranian threat. --The Israeli Defense Forces said the Israeli military struck the central headquarters of Hezbollah in Beirut, Lebanon, today.--Monday, Israel launched Operation Northern Arrows, designed to allow tens of thousands of evacuated Israeli's in northern Israel to return home.--Ibrahim Muhammad Qubaisi, commander of Hezbollah's missiles and rockets force, along with other Hezbollah commanders, were killed in a Beirut airstrike on Tuesday. --Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu firmly denied reports suggesting that Israel was close to agreeing to a cease-fire with Hezbollah in Lebanon.--The U.S. conveyed a message to Israel in recent days warning it not to attack the infrastructure of the state of Lebanon.

This past Sunday, September 22nd, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel featured their entire front page to Dungeons & Dragons, and there were multiple pages inside the Sunday edition also devoted to it. One of the articles they wrote indicated that Dungeons & Dragons is more influential now than ever before.So what exactly is Dungeons & Dragons? Are there occultic connections to this game? And what are the concerns for Christians participating in Dungeons & Dragons?

Right up front we need to be clear. The intentional killing of a baby in the womb is not healthcare. It is murder. The Bible is very clear when it says that God hates the hands that shed innocent blood yet from coast-to-coast there are politicians that are making abortion the centerpiece of their campaigns.Brad noted how research shows that over 95% of all abortions are done for social or economic reasons. This means they were not required for the life/health of the mother, rape or incest. Many women are also forced/coerced into having an abortion. So he believes we need to stand by and support women when they're facing an unexpected pregnancy and not tell them that the answer is to kill their child. There's also a lot of misinformation being disseminated about the abortion pill. Although women are told it's not a baby, this procedure is chemical abortion. When the baby passes from their body they see this child and it's at that point they realize they were told a lie. This is causing not only babies to be victims but expectant mothers as well.

It's often been referred to as the trial of the century. It occurred in July of 1925 in Dayton, Tennessee. It's formally known as: The State of Tennessee v. John Thomas Scopes but is more commonly referred to as The Scopes Monkey Trial. Joining Jim to discuss this issue was Dr. Jerry Bergman, author of the book, The Other Side of the Scopes Monkey Trial. Dr. Bergman is a multi-award-winning teacher and author. He's taught biology, biochemistry, anatomy, genetics and other courses for over 40 years at the University of Toledo Medical College, Bowling Green State University and other colleges. His nine degrees include a doctorate from Wayne State University in Detroit. The 1,026 college credit hours he has earned is the equivalent to almost 20 master's degrees. He has over 1,800 publications in both scholarly and popular science journals which have been translated into 13 languages. His books, which include chapters he has authored, are in over 2,400 college libraries in 65 countries. According to Dr. Bergman, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), was aware of a law passed that stated that in public schools, you couldn't teach theories which contradicted the biblical account of creation. The ACLU didn't appreciate that because human evolution is a major plank in their worldview. They wanted to go to court but they needed a case so they asked for volunteers. Scopes was asked to volunteer in Dayton, Tennessee. The thought was that it would bring attention to the city as it wasn't doing well due to the fact that a lot of industry had moved out. So in the end, the trial was about creation vs. evolution.

If you pay attention, you can often spot the compulsion by various groups and individuals who desire to bring about global control over every nation on earth. One such effort involves the U.N. Summit of the Future that is underway.The United Nations describes it this way: "The Summit of the Future is a high-level event, bringing world leaders together to forge a new international consensus on how we deliver a better present and safeguard the future. Effective global cooperation is increasingly critical to our survival but difficult to achieve in an atmosphere of mistrust, using outdated structures that no longer reflect today's political and economic realities."The summit will adopt 3 agreements: A pact for the future, a global digital compact and a declaration on future generations.The U.N. reported that, "...they adopted the potentially game-changing Pact for the Future by consensus-with a small group of just seven countries holding out, having failed to pass a last minute amendment.
