Shahram Hadian is a former Muslim from Iran who came to the states in 1978 and committed his life to Jesus Christ. He started the Truth in Love Project and is the founding pastor of Truth in Love Ministry. Shahram exposes the true goal of Islam and the threat of Sharia in America. He has served as a pastor, a police officer and a former candidate for Governor in Washington State.Jim read a quote from President Isaac Herzog of Israel that appeared in Israel National News. The president indicated that the Hamas attack doesn't represent Islam and that this isn't a war of Jews against Muslims, it's a war between the people of light and the people of darkness, between good and evil. Shahram commented that this is a delusional statement. He followed this up by asking what you'd say to those who've been in the path of Islam over the past 1,400 year? One example is Shahram's birth nation of Iran that fell to Islam. He noted that Islam has not been loving in Iran, or about freedom or tolerance regarding women or religious minorities. Instead, Islam has been nothing but totalitarian, abusive and murderous.Shahram believes the statement from President Herzog is a political one that seeks to placate; that perhaps there's pressure from the Biden administration since we know Israel is delaying the ground invasion of Gaza. This pressure from the U.S. could be due to the many pro-Hamas individuals serving within the Biden administration.Critical to this discussion is Hamas and their history. Hamas was started by the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood was formed in 1928 and eventually they supported the Nazi cause of Jewish extermination.

Mat Staver is founder & chairman of Liberty Counsel. Mat is a constitutional attorney with three landmark cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He's an author and the host of the radio broadcasts Faith & Freedom and Freedom's Call.Just before 2pm Eastern Time, in a unanimous vote by Republicans, the House of Representatives elected 51 year old Louisiana Congressman Mike Johnson as the new Speaker of the House. This comes at a critical time as funding is requested for war, there are appropriations bills before Congress and funding is needed to run the government.Mat has known Johnson for many years. He described Johnson as a solid Christian who is very strong on issues such as religious freedom, the sanctity of human life and God's design for marriage and family. Mat noted that Johnson hasn't let Washington, DC, change his values and he's very well thought of by his colleagues. In audio presented by Jim, Johnson explained how he's going to approach the job with an attitude of servant leadership. He wants Congress to serve the people and restore their faith in this Congress.Jim then had Mat comment on the Hamas attack on Israel, a highly orchestrated attack designed to kill, mutilate and dismember Israeli's and generally create as much mayhem as possible.Mat indicated that the Palestinian Authority budget is up to 27 million dollars per month that is being paid in benefits to the families of terrorists who do harm to and kill Jews. This "welfare system" is the incentive as these benefits are paid for life. Where do they get this money? Part of it comes from the U.S.

Just recently, the Israeli Defense Force shared video footage from the body cameras of Islamic terrorists showing the barbaric killing of Israelis. News reports tell of decapitations, hands and feet cut off, blood splattered around homes and brains literally being blown out.Is there a parallel in our nation? Yes there is! Take a look at how many people are decorating their homes and yards with similar gruesome images utilizing "fake" severed heads, arms, hands and feet, with blood sometimes streaming down body parts.The National Retail Federation reports that this year, people are expected to spend a record breaking 12.2 billion dollars on Halloween. That works out to $108.24 per person. In addition, a record 73% of consumers plan to celebrate the holiday this year, up from 69% last year. This "holiday" is anything but harmless fun, and joining Jim to warn others as to why was Dr. David Brown. Dr. Brown is pastor of the First Baptist Church in Oak Creek, has a Masters in Theology and a PhD in History, specializing in the history of the English Bible. In addition to his study of the English Bible he is also President of Logos Communications Consortium. He is author of the book, The Dark Side of Halloween and also a research paper, Unmasking the Truth About Witches.Why in the world would anyone want to display such carnage in celebration of a holiday when others are dying for their country? Dr. Brown believes it's because Satan has blinded the minds of them that believe not (2 Cor. 4:4). Underneath the candy, Halloween is an occult day that's always been focused on death along with human and animal sacrifice.

Israeli forces are preparing for a ground assault upon Gaza. Earlier today Hamas launched drones to infiltrate Israeli airspace and attack Israeli targets. CBN News has reported that action by Hezbollah on Israel's northern border reflects preparations for an invasion. The U.S. military has assets on the scene and now China is warning the U.S. about involvement. Pro-Hamas and pro-Palestinian anti-Israel rallies and demonstrations are taking place around the U.S. and the world.Addressing many of these points was Dr. Jimmy DeYoung Jr. He's a speaker, teacher, Mideast guide, videographer and speaker on Prophecy Today. He lived and worked in Jerusalem for many years, is a fully credentialed journalist and has led numerous tours to Israel.Since he last appeared on Crosstalk about two weeks ago, Dr. DeYoung indicated we've seen 5,400 people wounded, 1,400 people murdered and there are 222 captives still in Gaza. Verification has come out showing the instructions and drugs the terrorists were given to carry out these despicable acts with no regard whatsoever, for life.As previously noted, Hezbollah is currently on the northern border. Hamas is on the Gaza strip and they're still firing rockets into Israel. Other nations are being pulled into this but so far, Egypt and Jordan are staying out of the battle. The generals say they're ready, so now it's up to the politicians to give the military the "go-ahead." Complicating matters is a fact brought up by Dr. DeYoung that the government is only backed by 28% of the people of Israel. That means they're losing confidence in the government. It puts Prime Minister Netanyahu under tremendous pressure.

It includes: 60 billion for Ukraine and replenishing U.S. stockpiles, 14 billion for Israel, 10 billion for humanitarian efforts, 14 billion for the U.S. border with Mexico and 7 billion for the Indo-Pacific region. --As of late yesterday afternoon, U.S. troops had been attacked this week in Iraq and Syria over 7 times in 48 hours.--CBS/"60 Minutes" reporter Scott Pelley asked President Biden that considering the two wars currently taking place and the dysfunction in Congress, is the president sure he wants to run again? Dalton provided audio of the president's response.--House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan loses third ballot to be House speaker.--Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas calls for the U.S. to deport foreign students who support Hamas. --Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders ordered a China-owned company to drop farmland in northeast Arkansas. Dalton provided audio from the governor. --Representative Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin is proposing to ban Palestinian refugees from coming to the U.S. --Scotland is ready to offer the people of Gaza asylum in their nation.--Hamas has released a pair of U.S. hostages (a mother and daughter) for "humanitarian reasons."

On October 7th, Hamas struck Israel with a deadly attack. Earlier today, Israel's defense minister told ground troops at the border that they are to get organized and be ready with orders to advance. Tens of thousands of troops amassed at the Gaza border would seem to indicate that a new chapter in the war is about to be written.Is there more to this conflict than we're led to believe? What is the "big picture" to all that's going on?To answer those questions, Jim had Alex Newman return to Crosstalk. From there, they went into the Iberian Peninsula and tried to take over Europe but were stopped by Charles "The Hammer" Martel at the Battle of Tours. They also tried to go through Vienna but were stopped multiple times, so what we're seeing today is not a new phenomenon.Alex also called attention to why the Biden administration continues to send billions of dollars to the Arab governments who are sponsors of such terrorism, such as Iran. Our money is also going to U.N. agencies that are indoctrinating young Arab children to think of Jews as pigs and monkeys.

Jim led off with information from Israel National News that today, rockets continue to be launched from Gaza and Lebanon against Israel. Also, earlier today Israeli volunteers, while searching a burned-out house, found a woman and a child who'd been murdered and burned by Hamas terrorists.President Biden was in Israel promising support from the U.S., while on our home-front, more and more U.S. media sources are touting terrorist talking points.To make sense of all this from a Bible prophecy standpoint, Crosstalk welcomed back Dr. Richard Schmidt. Dr. Schmidt is the pastor of Union Grove Baptist Church and founder of Prophecy Focus Ministries. He's the speaker on the weekly TV program, Prophecy Focus and the radio broadcast, Prophecy Unfolding. He spent 32 years in law enforcement, including that of acting sheriff of Milwaukee County until his retirement. He's authored several books including: Are You Going to a Better Place?, Daniel's Gap Paul's Mystery, Tribulation to Triumph: The Olivet Discourse and Globalism: The Great World Consumption.One of the highlights of this broadcast is audio from President Isaac Herzog of Israel where he called this war a battle between civilization and barbarity. Dr. Schmidt responded by noting that while we need to be kind, we also need to be truthful. When you look at the Islamic jihadist movement, it's barbaric. The next point he noted is crucial and gets covered up by secular media. It's the fact that this isn't about property, it's about a religious war. It involves Islamic jihadists who have an extremist view with death being part of that program.

They attacked the kibbutzes and towns both small and large along the border of Gaza and Israel.Listeners need to remember that Hamas isn't just a terrorist organization, it's a political movement as well as the government of the Palestinian people. Instead of providing the proper infrastructure for the Palestinians, they concentrate on what their charter communicates, which is that they seek to get rid of the Jewish people. So many people were horrified and outraged to find out how infants and children were killed in barbaric fashion by the terror group, Hamas. The problem is that while the world is enraged over this situation, at the same time we have people like our vice-president, traveling around the nation, promoting the taking of life by abortion, which is equally barbaric. Returning to explain why there is a connection, Crosstalk welcomed Pastor Jim Harden. Pastor Harden is the president and CEO of CompassCare Pregnancy Services in New York. Jim pioneered the first measurable and repeatable medical model in the pregnancy center movement, helping hundreds of centers nationwide become more effective at reaching more women and saving more babies from abortion.Just as Hamas has no concern for life, Pastor Harden feels the same way about Antifa, along with the politicians, appointed bureaucrats and "bad actors" that sympathize with their goals. We see this in their militant support of abortion, while also fomenting pro-abortion terrorist activities through hateful rhetoric and their refusal to denounce such violence.Antifa/Black Lives Matter/BLM all support the destructive acts of Hamas for the same philosophical reason as do left-wing, pro-abortion representatives in the U.S. House. According to Pastor Harden, all are obeying the request of founding Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal who asked for political pressure from Muslim leaders to stop Israel's invasion of Gaza.Pastor Harden noted that the attacks on Israel by Hamas, represent a larger worldwide movement to destroy the nation-state system, particularly that aspect that's supported by the Judeo-Christian moral framework.
