We were fortunate to catch up with Lenka Sterling, the head Nordic ski coach at Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Born in the Czech Republic, Sterling arrived in America and helped CU win a national title in 2006. Since then, she's worked with the Boulder Nordic Junior racing team, Auburn Ski Club and Sugarbowl Academy before arriving in Vail. Now a mother of two, Lenka has all sorts of incredible stories, wisdom and insight to share.
