Hi beautiful people! Today's episode is about what it takes to start new chapters in your life. I explain the difference between "starting over" intentionally and unintentionally. I also discuss the steps I took to make changes in my life, the fear of criticism, attachment to outcome, and integrity of art.
This episode is not just about venereal disease. In this mini, I discuss the pros and cons of current hookup culture. I also talk about how casual hookups usually don't benefit women, the ways that hookup culture looks different in gay communities, and why I believe social conditioning plays a more significant role in this than nature.
Sidenote - I mention a research paper in this EP. I wasn't sure how accurate it was while I was filming, but I found the source and here it is:

I moved to Los Angeles in 2021 in pursuit of my dreams. That came with many blessings, but also baggage. In this episode, I share some personal stories about some of the strange and not-so-pleasant interactions I had in the entertainment industry. I also speak on the importance of protecting yourself, how I managed these situations, and how integrity and protecting your creativity are more important than fame.
In this mini-episode, I discuss the transformative journey of reclaiming control over your life. I explore the crucial steps of healing your wounded parts, breaking free from a victim mentality, and embracing a mindset of healthy optimism. My own path to reclaiming power and ownership of my choices has been challenging, but it has led me to a place of unparalleled stability and grounding. I'll share personal stories, and discuss how true well-being is rooted in self-awareness and the recognition that you have full agency over your life. Along the way, I'll also offer some emotional tools that have helped me navigate difficult moments.
Thank you so much for listening, your support means everything <3
Today's episode explores the value of doing social activities alone. I talk about the importance of attending music events, lunch, or traveling solo, and how this has been pivotal to my growth. Besame Mucho and Outside Lands are festivals I've gone to by myself, and they've also been some of the most fun. I discuss how spending time alone fosters independence, bravery, and potentially new friendships. Enjoy!
In this episode, we explore the topic of "pretty privilege" and ask if there are any downsides. The short answer is yes, but conversations around privilege commonly cause division and omit nuances necessary to understand the topics fully.
I'll discuss how conversations around "pretty privilege" are often superficial and ignore broader societal implications. We'll also talk about how misogyny affects these dynamics, how pretty privilege works differently for men and women, and the impact of race on this topic.
Over a decade ago I was part of a religious cult. From the ages of 17 to 19 I was brainwashed and completely lost in life. In this episode, I talk about my catholic upbringing and how that influenced my behaviors, I speak on how I fell into a Christian cult, the consequences I suffered after leaving, my opinions on religion, and the lessons I learned.
It's been over ten years since this happened and I'm still healing from it. My hopes for this episode are that it shines a light on the potential dangers of fundamentalist religion and that it can help the people who relate.
In this episode, we explore what it means to be a "pick-me" and how to dismantle the conditioning many women have experienced that fosters these traits. We'll dive into the different types of "pick-me" behaviors and how they impact other women. I'll also speak on how this relates to sex work and discuss the essential inner work needed to build self-esteem. I talk about self-worth, the difference between confidence and insecurities, the commitment to healing and growth, and of course, like always, I share personal stories and how this topic has played a role in my life.
In this episode, we're talking all about dating intentionally. I'll discuss how large cities like LA are not the problem. I'll share my dating journey, including the highs and lows, and reveal how I managed to turn dating into a fun and exciting experience.
I'll also discuss why having a positive attitude matters, the importance of raising your standards, turning heartbreak into turn-offs, and the value of emotional regulation while dating. Enjoy!
