Chris talks with Bill Northey who was Secretary of Agriculture of Iowa from 2007-2018, he also served as U.S. Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation from 2017-2021. Bill discusses his journey as a grandson, son, and father throughout his life on the farm. They also discuss the transition as a father from farming to public life and the opportunities brought to his family throughout his career to this point. Bill has a great message on the importance of service and the opportunities that can be brought forward meeting new people and getting out of your comfort zone.
