Calling for Unity, Biden Orders Girls to Suck it Up When Boys Use Their Bathrooms and Compete Against Them in Sports

In one of Biden’s first executive orders, he has mandated the tranny agenda:

Ryan Anderson explains: “Boys who identify as girls must be allowed to compete in the girls’ athletic competitions, men who identify as women must be allowed in women-only spaces, health care plans must pay for gender transition procedures, and doctors and hospitals must perform them.”

This is basically the unity of rape – which is no unity at all. You can call it unity all day long, but what you are demanding is submission. Which just goes to show that leadership and submission are inescapable concepts. The only question is who is leading and by what standard and who is submitting and by what standard. Now would be a good time for states, counties, and athletic associations to inform President Biden that they will be pursuing unity with his executive order by shredding it and ignoring it entirely.

Diane Feinstein Forgets Its 2021

The California Democrat was asked Tuesday about Republicans who objected to the Electoral College results that Congress certified early Jan. 7, after a pro-Trump insurrection that resulted in five deaths had been cleared from the Capitol. Republican Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas and Josh Hawley of Missouri led the objections to President-elect Joe Biden’s victory even after members of Congress were forced to hide from the rioters, and have faced calls for censure or punishment as a result.

Feinstein, however, defended their right to object, calling Senate debate the “highest-level dialogue” in democracy.

“I think the Senate is a place of freedom,” Feinstein told reporters at the Capitol. “And people come here to speak their piece, and they do, and they provide a kind of leadership. In some cases, it’s positive, in some cases, maybe not. A lot of that depends on who’s looking and what party they are. But it’s an important place to have this kind of dialogue. It’s probably the highest-level dialogue that you get in an electoral body.”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) — who will soon take over as Majority Leader — recently pushed Feinstein out of her leadership position on the Senate Judiciary Committee after she was perceived as having been too civil toward Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett and toward Republican colleagues on the committee.

President-elect Joe Biden is calling for the Justice Department to look into reinstating a controversial Obama-era practice that allowed prosecutors to make settlement agreements that resulted in defendants paying outside groups instead of victims or the government.

The Trump administration had put an end to these payments following a 2017 memo from then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions which was reflected in the Justice Department's manual.

"When the federal government settles a case against a corporate wrongdoer, any settlement funds should go first to the victims and then to the American people — not to bankroll third-party special interest groups or the political friends of whoever is in power," Sessions said in 2017.

A Republican-backed bill known as the "Stop Settlement Slush Funds Act of 2017" would have made the practice illegal. 

"Congress must permanently end the abuses Obama's Justice Department exploited to use settlements to funnel money to their liberal friends," then-Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., who sponsored the bill in the House, said in 2017.

Goodlatte's bill never became law, but the Sessions-era DOJ policy did become an official agency rule that officially went into effect in December 2020.

Biden to roll back Trump's pro-life policies, introduce new pro-abortion legislation

The incoming administration of President-elect Joe Biden is preparing a widespread disbanding of pro-life policies enacted under the Trump administration, in addition to new legislation that would expand abortion rights under federal law.

The rollback would include revoking the Mexico City Policy – which restricts U.S. taxpayer dollars from sponsoring abortions in other nations – in addition to restoring Title X money to clinics such as Planned Parenthood that provide abortions or refer people to abortion providers.

Biden is expected to also revive the contraceptive coverage mandate of Obama's Affordable Care Act, which forces employers to cover birth control, including "emergency contraceptives," which are abortifacients that kill a newly formed embryo.

In addition, Biden has promised to "codify" abortion into federal law in an effort to prevent any potential Supreme Court overturn of Roe v. Wade and combat the increasing number of state policies that seek to protect the life of the unborn.

Both Biden and Congressional Democrats have also discussed repealing the Hyde Amendment in 2021, which would allow taxpayer dollars to be directly used for aborting children.

Planned Parenthood CEO Alexis McGill Johnson called Biden's plans "tremendously exciting."

"We have a ton of work to do to undo the harm over the last four years, but knowing we have champions there who understand what needs to happen in the first 100 days is tremendously exciting," Johnson said.

Pro-life groups lamented the planned policy changes.

"It's certainly disheartening, but we aren't going to give up, and we will do whatever we can to stop abortion from being promoted," said Carol Tobias, president of the National Right to Life Committee.

Biden has also received pushback from the Catholic Church, of which he claims membership. Last week, New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan said that Catholics would continue to be "hung up" on abortion.

HC Andy Reid had his usual Monday press conference, during which he provided a brief update on the status of QB Patrick Mahomes. He confirmed that Mahomes is in fact in the NFL’s concussion protocol and is going through the steps necessary to return.

When asked to give his thoughts on whether or not Mahomes would be able to play in the AFC Championship Game against the Buffalo Bills, Reid was non-committal either way.

“So listen, I just leave that with Rick (Burkholder) and the docs,” Reid said. “Because of the protocol, it’s a no-brainer from the coach’s standpoint. You don’t have to think about it, you just have to make sure you go forward and have an answer if he’s there and an answer if he’s not there. I can’t tell you from a medical standpoint where he’s at. Several Baraga County commissioners, plus the sheriff, prosecuting attorney, clerk, and treasurer of the Upper Peninsula county, have all signed a manifesto that places the state on notice that they will no longer enforce the state's COVID-19 mandates and restrictions.

The declaration reads: “Since March 10, 2020, the People of the State of Michigan have endured restrictions on their freedom which have not been seen in North America since the days of King George III and the American Revolution. In the face of a worldwide pandemic our political leadership in Lansing has ignored the protections guaranteed to all America citizens by the Bill of Rights in favor of the medical models designed to predict the course of a still, for the most part, unknown virus. The result has been the unilateral adoption of clearly unconstitutional measures which treat human beings like herd animals and which arbitrarily pick economic winners and losers. Our citizens’ rights to assemble, to freely practice their religion, to travel, to keep their property, businesses and jobs, even to dress as they please have all been swept aside, and to what end? The pandemic rages on and Lansing’s failed efforts to control the spread of the virus is blamed on the people themselves rather than the scientific community’s admitted lack of data and understanding of COVID-19.”

Senate Will Not Begin Impeachment Trial until January 19th at Earliest

Sen. Lindsey Graham is leading the charge against President Donald Trump’s impeachment and removal in the Senate, while Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell suggested he's open to voting to convict the president.

While Graham recently said he’d had “enough” of Trump’s bid to overturn the election results, has been calling around to Republican senators urging them to oppose convicting the president in the Senate’s expected impeachment trial, according to three people familiar with the effort.

McConnell is taking a different approach. In a letter to Republican senators on Wednesday, the Kentucky Republican did not immediately reject the House’s impeachment of Trump and said he plans to weigh the opposing views during the trial. He also urged his colleagues to keep their powder dry in the runup to the trial.

“[W]hile the press has been full of speculation, I have not made a final decision on how I will vote and I intend to listen to the legal arguments when they are presented to the Senate,” McConnell wrote, according to a copy of the letter obtained by POLITICO and a McConnell spokesperson.

Regardless, McConnell is not looking to expedite any action. In his letter, McConnell also rejected Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s request that the Senate reconvene this week as soon as the House sends the impeachment article across the Capitol. That means the trial will not begin until Jan. 19 at the earliest.

"Given the history, rules, and Senate precedents governing presidential impeachment trials, there has never been any chance that any fair or appropriate trial would conclude before President-elect Biden is sworn in," McConnell wrote. "Whether it were to begin this week, next week, or later, the trial will not end until after the President has left office. This is simply a fact."

A two-thirds majority is required to convict and remove the president, meaning 17 Republicans would need to join all Democrats. It's unclear whether the numbers would be there, but if McConnell did vote to convict, it would increase the likelihood others would follow.

My Moscow Dismissal

Legal Oversight Forces City Of Moscow To Drop Misdemeanor Charges For Alleged Pandemic Violations Against 5 People From September’s Psalm Sing

“The city issued a press release on Friday announcing the decision to drop the charges.  City Attorney Mia Bautista dropped the cases because of an omission in the emergency order.  The order allows a default exemption for expressive and associative activity that is protected by the U.S. Constitution including free speech, assembly, and religious activity.  The city’s pandemic order applies to every person in Moscow but doesn’t specifically apply the order to all expressive and associative activity that is protected by the constitution.  Moscow City Council’s Administrative Committee will begin reviewing recommendations on Monday to eliminate the default exemption.

City Supervisor Gary Riedner says the omission is unfortunate and has resulted in confusion.  He apologizes for the city staff’s role in causing the confusion but is proud of the city attorney for discovering the omission.  Riedner says dismissing the cases is the right thing to do.

Bautista says that her decision to drop the cases does not impact the validity of the city’s pandemic order for activities that aren’t exempt.”

Ok so this is over right? Wrong. Our city council is going to vote next Monday night to repeal the 1st amendment exemptions. 

Moscow mayor’s emergency powers could see changes

“Activities like speech, assembly and religious activity would not be exempt from public health emergency orders under Moscow city code if the city council approves the proposed code change at next week’s council meeting.”

City of Moscow Admits Mistake in Arrests at Psalm Sing

The Moscow City Code gives the Mayor the authority to issue emergency orders, but it also provides default exemptions, specifically rights listed in the US Constitution. This means gatherings for political and religious reasons are exempt from the mask order.

USA TODAY, Reuters, PolitiFact and the Associated Press have debunked these claims. Most "spikes" were caused by late-counted absentee ballots, which tended to skew Democratic, or left-leaning counties that released results in large batches.

While Colbert has an entirely slanted take on all of this, there are three things worth noting. First, his point about Giuliani and the judges is probably the single best answer to charges of election fraud. 60 some judges and zero wins. Are we that corrupt? Maybe. But it really is a sticking point for many. Lots of those judges were appointed by Trump. Second, Trump really does need to take responsibility for what happened in the capital building Wednesday, and I say that knowing that there were likely shenanigans on multiple levels. Either he meant for them to do that or not, and a woman got killed in the process. And third, while leftists like Colbert are totally slanted and hypocritical, you should be aware of what many of your neighbors are hearing. Also, despite some of the smug, he’s still somewhat funny.

President Donald Trump now says there “will be an orderly transition on January 20th” after Congress concluded the electoral vote count certifying President-elect Joe Biden’s victory and after a day of violence when his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol.

Trump says in a statement tweeted by his social media director Dan Scavino, “Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th.”

He adds: “I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in presidential history, it’s only the beginning of our fight to Make America Great Again.”

Trump’s account was locked by Twitter for 12 hours late Wednesday, with a notice from Twitter saying that three of Trump’s tweets needed to be deleted before his account would be unlocked.
