They downgraded $Ally financial and I understand why the macro environment could be bad for them considering their heavy involvement in auto loans and risk of default in a recessionary environment. That being said, Warren Buffet has bought up 10% of the company and it trades below book with a 4.5% yield. Thoughts about buying for a 5-10 year hold?

Big $drv news … black stones huge real estate fund is limiting redemptions based on big withdrawals … that’s dangerous

Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) is a real estate investment trust that invests in apartments, industrial, retail, and hotels.

It’s one of the largest real estate funds in the world, even though it only started in 2016.

The fund is only sold to wealthy investors through select financial advisers and isn’t available to the general public.

Their website says that 3-year annualized returns are 15.5% with a 4.4% distribution rate.

Q1  - Someone from Instagram - Hi. I’d love your thoughts. Let me preface this by saying I am a total rookie and trading is a huge learning curve for me. I don’t have time during the day all day to sit and watch the stocks but I try to peak at it a few times. I’m just getting my feet wet so i put in a couple thousand to start awhile back in my td account and just kind of left it. I’ve made 10% on $boil and $tqqq which is huge for me!! I cannot thank you enough for helping me learn. Knowledge is power and you are absolutely empowering me to be more financially aware and responsible! My question is this: I’m in $ISRG  and $PENN. It’s not a huge chunk of the fun money account, but I’m considering getting out of both and cutting my losses and try to go make it back in another stock like macys or tsm. One stock I'd like your input on is Lovesac ($LOVE). dollar cost averaged it down to 22.71, don't have a huge position (100 shares) but liking the projected numbers and how the company is ran and a great product (although to expensive for my taste) . If I'm reading my charts right, looks like it had a MacD cross up on 11/9 but RSI is a bit high and we're approaching the 200 day. Analysts have this thing projected into the $70's, how long should I ride the gravy boat? As it increases should I take profits from the lowest tax lots in incremental steps of say 20% or so?
