Vision, perseverance and an uncanny ability to think outside the box, have made Lennox head local, Daniel 'Tomo' Thompson into one of the most sought after surfer/shapers in the industry.   With a shaping bay in the childhood backyard and surfing luminary George Greenough for a mentor, Tomo has both drawn on the influences of his past as well as cutting edge science to design boards that have been ridden by Tom Curren, Stu Kennedy and Peter Mel.  However, the ultimate compliment would come from the 'GOAT' Kelly Slater, describing him as 'one of his favourite shapers' and bringing him aboard the Slater Designs/Firewire Team as one of their factory designer/shapers.
