Lindsay Dow is a former investment banker, a certified peer specialist and Program Director at Silver Hill New York. She's been diagnosed with BPD and narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). We dive into what both of those disorders look like, how they were diagnosed and what life looks like now. 

Lindsay discusses her early diagnoses, struggles during college, and the impact of some pretty complex parental dynamics on her mental health. 

We also talk about her innovative work in utilizing real time data in tailoring therapeutic approaches and what the future might hold for psychiatric care if we can better integrate data into care focused decision making and introspection.
