We have all dreamed of being the best in the world at whatever it is we put our hands to. Well, Patrick was recently crowned the world champion in his field. Patrick Brennan from Brennan Knives in Kilkenny beat knife makers from all around the world to win an award last month. The world champion joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his award and what brought him into the craft and he has one hell of a story.

You can see some of Patrick's brilliant work here.

Do you know what an NFT is? Neither do we!

For Dave's World, Dave tried to explain to Dermot and Maria why someone would buy something for lots of money that has very little use. Oh, and it's a digital thing which means it's not something that you would physically have!

An NFT (Non-Fungible-Token) is something that people have been trying to figure out for a very long time, Dave has taken on the task of trying to explain what an NFT is, and he (kind of) succeeded.

They’re probably one of the more divisive things that appear on our landscapes, but during the 1970’s bungalows became a solution to the housing issues of the day.

A book, released by Irish architect Jack Fitzsimons, contained plans and explanations on how to build a bungalow, making home ownership accessible to a whole new audience.

As we went from bust to boom, boom to bust, bungalows have fallen out of fashion and out of favour.

But architect Hugh Wallace thinks there’s life in the old walls yet!

His new RTE show, My Bungalow Bliss, sees architects working with bungalow owners to make their dream home.

Hugh joined Dermot and Dave to chat about the show, his love for the bungalow, and why we shouldn’t rule them out yet!

It’s one of the most iconic films in the world, it’s a Christmas tradition for thousands of families, and it undoubtedly made more than one of us lick wallpaper to see if it was flavoured!

This year is the 50th anniversary of Willie Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, starring Gene Wilder.

Paris Themmen  is most likely known to you as ‘Mike TeeVee’, one of the five winners last seen being put inside his mothers handbag after shrinking himself to be on screen.

He joined Dermot and Dave to spill the beans on what it was like behind the scenes from what was edible (and what was not) to trouble making Oompa Loompa’s and what was really in that chocolate river.

It’s Wednesday. You know what Wednesday means? It means it’s time to Say Stuff That Suits The Music!

We've all been in those conversations when the person chatting to you is passionate about a topic, and you couldn't give a fiddlers.

For Bernard O'Shea, it's Sci-Fi films, and Friends, and golf, and well, actually a lot of things!

Bernard joined Dermot and Dave to chat about the topics he thinks are too 'niche' for people to chat about!

It’s a question you’ve definitely been asked, or you might have thought it yourself, and now a new Irish book looks tries to answer the question.

Paddy Comyn and Barry Sheehan have written a new children’s book called ‘What Does Santa Do, When It’s Not Christmas?’

The picture book, tells the story of what happens when Santa is ‘off-duty’ and is being released to raise money for Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation.
