They've been working with Your Personal Best fitness expert, Paul Opperman to build up their activity levels and adopting the lessons they learnt from nutrition expert Sharon Madigan.
And three weeks in, the results are starting to show in a MASSIVE way. Despite some wobbles, and some bad weather, our four leaders have kept with the plan and they joined Dermot and Dave with an update.

Jimmy from Limerick has found his 'me time'
When Jimmy Prior joined us last week, he said that he wanted to make November 'Jimmy's month' and he's been working on that.
While his first circuit session left him feeling a little bit ~off~, he's gotten into the classes and the walking with serious gusto!
John from Cork has run his fastest 5km in 15 years
John Dineen is a Garda and a Dad of two young lads. He's been really getting into the exercise side of things, going out running in all weathers.
And he had a big moment this week when he ran his fastest 5km in 'about 15 years' plus that shirt that's been sitting in the back of the wardrobe fits like a glove!
Rebecca from Kerry but living in Limerick has become the ultimate food stylist
For our Rebecca, finding the time to cook for herself has been an issue. As a busy mum, she never had the time for making her own dinner, let alone get out for a walk.
Now, Rebecca is finding the time in the mornings to get her Zoom classes in and she's become something of a food stylist, making some INCREDIBLE meals.
Alan from Cavan overcame a wobble to find himself back on track
When we spoke to Alan last week, he was focusing in on the nutrition side of things after his chat with nutrition expert Sharon Madigan.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Alan revealed that he had struggled with a bit of a wobble on Thursday when he lost all motivation. He called a friend who took him out on a run over the weekend and he's back on track. Plus, he had more veg than ever this week...even tried a Brussel sprout (but he won't be doing that again).

  • What Will Happen To Those Who Share Sexual Images Of People Without Consent Under Proposed New Bill
Imagine having an image of yourself shared around WhatApp groups, online forums or social media that you did not consent to with no legal ramifications for the person who has shared it.
This is the reality at the moment for people in Ireland who have been subjected to image based sexual assault/abuse (often referred to as revenge porn).
Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee, will this week bring a bill to cabinet that will tackle the sharing of intimate images without the consent of the person involved.
The news of the progression of the bill comes just days after thousands of sexual images of Irish people were discovered being shared on internet forums, including images of women in changing rooms and others that had initially been shared on popular sites like OnlyFans.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Linda Hayden of the Victims Alliance explained what the new bill will do and what you can do if you have been subjected to image based sexual assault or abuse.

  • The Kerry Teacher Changing Lives In Tanzania
When Louise Quill was 22, she did what a lot of young people do and went on a volunteering mission to Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Dismayed by what she found there, Louise put her heart and soul into building one of her own.  In 2006, she established the Tir na nÓG orphanage which is now a home and a family to children from the area.
Known to the children as 'Big Mama', Louise's incredible story of overcoming what often seemed like insurmountable personal and professional hurdles has been transformed into a new documentary.
Louise joined Dermot and Dave to chat about the inspiration behind establishing Tir Na nÓg and why the love she has for her children keeps her going, even at the lowest points.

As TodayFM's courts correspondent, Frank Greaney has been in the room as the verdict in many of Ireland's biggest trials has been handed down. He's followed stories of great horror and violence, and had to report on it with precision and clarity to listeners around the country.
Despite his years of experience, Frank is still often surprised at the pain one person can inflict on another and often reminded on the impact that one incident can have on so many.
Frank joined Dermot and Dave for an Ask Me Anything special where he revealed the moment that inspired him to report even the most grueling of stories, how he manages to decompress and how he manages to take notes at speed!
