In part one of our two part look at the contributions of Dave Nutting to the video game industry, we see where he came from.  Some of his contentious relationship with his brother, and some of the design contributions he did that led to developments in the future with coin-op games.  With the founding of MCI he was able to further form a team that would follow him into the future.  Once ousted from MCI he started work on Solid State, and creating Dave Nutting Associates.
