David Dawkins achieved financial independence at a young age and has some great insight on how you can understand yourself and figure out what is the right path for you to achieve financial independence as well. David is the Principal of Seven Bridges Real Estate Investments and host of The Professional Investor podcast. Prior to real estate, David spent 10 years in corporate finance and sales and also completed his Masters in Business Administration. During that time, David gained experience in all aspects of customer and employee relations while running multiple offices for one of the largest U.S. Fleet Management companies.

Throughout his 4 years in real estate investing David has been able to start and grow his portfolio from one single family rental to over $3 million in assets under management, as he moved into multifamily properties. Throughout that time David has gained first-hand experience in all facets of real estate investing from property acquisition through to sale and all aspects in between, including project and property management. 

In this show, David shares thoughts on finding and navigating your path in life, insights on the differences between single-family and multifamily investing, and the importance of becoming lifelong learner.
