A lot has happened in the two years since we last spoke with David Gungor. His band, The Brilliance, has reexamined who they are and why they make music. The immigration debate has intensified to historic measures. And David himself has been deeply moved by experiences that took him from the U.S. border to the recording studio.
Today, David walks us through the new album from The Brilliance titled Suite No. 1: Oh Dreamer. This work sheds light on the life of immigrants, and encourages all those who dare to dream.
