Meet David T. Paul. He is a Tax Accountant in the Los Angeles area with over 50 years of business experience and now divorced after 42 years of marriage. He is over 70 years of age and just recently became single again. In this interview we learn a great deal about what to do, and what to expect from divorce. David tells us from his experience what it was like adapting to the change. His advice is that if you have many assets, you should hire a great attorney and consult with your accountant to better understand what your options are.  He explains how to plan and what you should consider doing before you begin the process. 

David’s personal divorce began 5 years prior to the divorce being final. An extremely long time to endure, but necessary because of the circumstances. He walks us through the many obstacles and what he had to relearn, starting with finding a new home to live in and adjusting to being single again.
