In this episode we discuss the mysterious disappearance of Richey Edwards. Richey achieved fame throughout Europe in the 80s and early 90s as part of the rock band “Manic Street Preachers”. However he was also a complicated and tortured soul, and his antics outside the band drew just as much attention as the band itself. Women have participated in all aspects of warfare... well, for as long as there's been warfare. From Joan of Arc to Molly Pitcher, countless brave women have fought and died on the battle field. This was also very much the case in both World Wars, and today we are focusing on two young ladies from WWII, Yelena Stempkovskaya and Lepa Radic. Both of these heroic women fought to drive the Nazis out of their countries, and both ultimately paid with their lives. And although today the definition of Nazi seems to be anyone who disagrees with you on any subject, 75 years ago Nazis were actual members of the Nazi party, servants to Hitler, and hell bent on murdering, pillaging and conquering most of the world. So come along as we cover the incredible stories of these amazing young women. (Subject Matter Begins @ 2:42)

This episode is part one of a two part series on former UFC Middleweight Champion Evan Tanner. Evan was quite literally a walking contradiction- On one hand, he was the high school jock, wrestling champion and UFC superstar. On the other, he was a sensitive, wandering soul with a penchant for writing and self reflection. But that wanderlust would eventually be his undoing. Join us as we cover his fascinating and unconventional life.  (Subject Matter Begins @ 8:30)

In this episode we dive thousands of years into the past to find out where all the quirky Christmas traditions originate from. Ever wonder why we chose December 25th? Or why we hack down a tree and set it up in the living room? Or why we purchase hastily bought gifts that will no doubt be returned? Or what the hell is up with fruitcake? We've done our due diligence and have answered all these questions and more.
