This episode begins with perhaps the greatest thing we have ever played on our podcast, so I will provide NO "skip ahead" time this episode- but after THAT business is taken care of, we cover the case of Peter Bergmann. That was the name given by a mystery man who committed suicide in a small town on the coast of Ireland in 2009. The name, along with all the other information he provided at the last hotel he ever stayed in, was fake. And even today, despite having the man's fingerprints, DNA and photographs, no one has a clue what his true identity is.

In this episode we open with another rousing edition of "Bidet Mate". Then, we cover 50s radio personality Peter Tripp's record breaking "Wake-a-Thon" in which he went without sleep for over 8 days. Then we cover subsequent records and end with an interesting and disturbing list of side effects of long term sleep deprivation. (subject matter begins at 19:36)

The Stockdale's were a salt of the earth, hard working, wholesome family who loved working their small farm in Ohio. They also had a family band, and traveled the country playing Bluegrass music to thousands of people. They stepped far outside their comfort zone in 2008 when they reluctantly appeared on the ABC reality show "Wife Swap". The episode drew quite a bit of attention when it aired, but the Stockdale's quickly resumed their normal quiet life- that is until they were thrust back into the spotlight in June of 2017 when son Jacob, for reasons that are still unknown, murdered his mother and youngest brother before attempting to take his own life. In this episode we discuss the strange decline of (yet another) YouTuber turned murderer, Randy Stair. As a child he became obsessed with one of the characters from thr Nickelodeon cartoon Danny Phantom, and over the next few years he constructed an intricate fantasy world. He convinced himself that he was from the fictional cartoon world and unfortunately decided that the only way back to that place was to commit a heinous murder spree followed by his own suicide. (Subject Matter Begins @ 8:57)
