Days of Our Lives predictions enter 2026 filled with drama and surprises. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), despite their rocky start, seem to be on the verge of a deep romance. Meanwhile, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf)'s budding relationship with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is poised to become serious, though the longevity of their love remains uncertain. Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz), a troubled character, is predicted to escape from Bayview and kidnap Trey DiMera (no actor announced). Lexi Carver (Renée Jones), thought to be dead, might emerge from EJ and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton)'s lab, only to face a tragic end once more.

DOOL predictions consider Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) might be headed for an engagement, but the potential return of Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) could complicate matters. In another shocking twist, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) may return to Salem with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson)'s baby, causing turmoil in his relationship with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), Ari Horton (Harper and Sydnee Udell), and Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) are also set to face their own conflicts.

Predictions for Days of our Lives suggest the new year could also see Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) relocating to Boston with his children, Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron), as the characters undergo a recasting. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien)'s ongoing feelings for Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) could result in heartbreak, particularly as Xander and Sarah begin to reconcile. Lastly, Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) may find their way back to each other as Shawn faces a life-threatening situation.
