Days of our Lives spoilers suggest Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) find themselves entwined in new drama. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) commands Gwen to keep tabs on Leo due to his suspicious activities in the secret lab beneath the hospital. Gwen, who has a contentious history with Leo, reluctantly agrees to EJ's orders. The lab, hidden behind the new Tom Horton Free Clinic, is a source of intrigue for several Salem residents, including Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), who are investigating its mysterious operations. 

DOOL spoilers indicate Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney), EJ's right-hand woman, is tasked with handling Leo, which could spell danger for the reporter. Gwen is assigned a new task by EJ, which hints at a potential lunch or dinner date with Leo to gather information. EJ is desperate to keep his private lab and his collaboration with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton), away from the prying eyes of the press. 

Spoilers for Days of our Lives suggest Rita, who has a history of making people disappear, potentially poses a threat to Leo. Rita's past includes working for Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo), and her skills might be used against Leo, who may unknowingly walk into a trap after a meal with Gwen. 

More Days spoilers reveal tension and potential danger come as the show gears up for the Tom Horton Free Clinic gala, an event that is expected to kick-start an extensive plot revolving around EJ's secret lab and DiMera's twisted science. Will Gwen follow through with EJ's orders, or will her past with Leo stir up feelings of regret?
