Days of Our Lives predictions indicate that Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will be in some intense storylines. Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), played by Susan Seaforth Hayes, is expected to soften her stance on Catharina Meleounis, better known as Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord). This shift in attitude comes as Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien) returns to the Horton house, wearing an heirloom necklace that has been missing. 

DOOL predictions hint that Marlena is likely to face a health crisis as she grieves the loss of her soul mate, John Black (Drake Hogestyn). The medical condition could be a case of broken heart syndrome, a real-life condition caused by deep emotional turmoil. 

And, Days of our Lives spoilers show that Jay and Leo's foster baby may have a health emergency leading to a paternity twist. Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) gave birth alone and left her child at a safe haven box, triggering Jay and Leo to foster the baby. However, the infant's health crisis may prompt them to seek the parents for medical information, potentially revealing a surprising truth about the baby's father. 

Plus, DOOL spoilers reveal that there is more to the feud between Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) over the custody of Victoria continues. Sarah may pressure Phillip to come clean about Xander's aggressive behavior, but Phillip's self-preservation instincts may kick in, forcing him to cover for Xander. 

Finally, there is a looming threat of Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Arianna "Ari" Grace Horton (Marissa Reyes) being kidnapped. Sophia might inadvertently contribute to the kidnapping due to her jealousy over Holly and Tate Black's (Leo Howard) relationship.
