Raul is a GM who hired me to help rebuild dealership culture. He was just newly joining City Kia of Greater Orlando and wanted me to train his sales team. I knew it would be a challenge because the store was heavily scripted! They had a comeback for every objection, and sounded like robots who put their wants first not customers. They avoided giving prices like it was a job. And they were good at it, but the question always remains, how much did you lose with that approach? 🤔   They had a full BDC department. A lot of desk managers. And a bad reputation. The community voiced their complaints all over the reviews. You could hear buyer frustration on every call.
