Hey Suga, I'm Samia B. & welcome to my world of audio. This podcast is home to the different chapters of my work as a creator, podcaster, and founder of Sexual Essentials. This show dives into how most of us have been bankrupt or a millionaire but we don't recognize it because we aren't looking past the financials. Odds are if you are bankrupt in one area of your life you're probably bankrupt in another.

You'll also hear audio versions of Dear Diary, a present-day reflection series that also exists on YouTube and past tense reflective version on Substack.
