In today’s episode, we welcome back the wonderful Minaa B. to the co-host chair. She certainly brings the facts of the matter with her to the table as we debunk a list of common mental health myths and conspiracies. From mental health being stigmatized as a weakness, medication in mental health, exploring the world of therapy and what it’s not, and everything in between! Sitting down with Minaa B. gave a lot of great insights and proclamations to combat some of the falsehoods that add toxicity to the mental health conversations.
