Welcome back Warriors for day 5 of suicide prevention awareness. This episode i welcome Andy Elwood1 Now Andy and I share something similar. We both run workshops and retreats respectively to help men. Andy uses his trusted Landrover to help men bond in community whilst working on these magnificent machines. As you know I run Metal work to do something very similar. It was a pleasure to have Andy on the show as he shared his own experiences through mental health, military service and now service to those who struggle.
We talk openly about how there's something primal about getting our hands dirty, doing hard graft and getting stuck in. When men get together like this, bonds are made, community is created and brotherhoods are formed.
