So we are to believe the political equivalent of a weather forecast showing a blizzard while it’s 60 degrees? Today, I explain the absurdity of the polls not only showing Trump crushing it in the primaries but winning a 1984-like landslide over Biden. Republicans continue to this day to lose nearly every election even in light red areas, yet we are to believe they are somehow going to win in deep blue areas. The Michigan CNN poll is what crystallized my belief that the polls are a perfect psyop to get Trump as the nominee, Haley as the backup, and crush Republicans next November. They defy political gravity and the reality before us. Also, I look back on a year of GOP failures in Congress.

If we all believe that this is the end of the world as we know it, what sort of action items should we pursue? I discuss how the insane tunnel vision on Trump as a person has ironically prevented us from building the infrastructure to fight back effectively now that Trump and the rest of us are being targeted in a way that’s reminiscent of a third world country. We’re joined by legal expert Josh Hammer, senior editor at large of Newsweek, for an analysis of where the Trump conviction goes from here. Hammer believes it’s likely Trump will be put in jail and stresses the need to fight back against Biden using lawfare in red states. We both believe that charging Biden for human smuggling and immigration violations is the best political play at this point. Either way, how can we just leave things to chance?

We’re losing primaries left and right to the forces of the uniparty, with the exception of Texas, where we knocked off 15 incumbents in the legislature. Why are we not learning best practices and getting involved in the other states? She attributes the successes to a clear focus on critical issues the people understood, as well as the unique aspect of having statewide leaders who allied with us. At the same time, even with these tailwinds at our backs, Sara observes way too much complacency, apathy, and ignorance among the GOP primary voters who continue to vote in the primaries with a general election mindset. Others don’t even bother to vote. We also delve into her plans to focus like a laser beam on making Texas a red state by engaging in oversight over the executive agencies and the legislature.
