Someone (myself included) is always reminding us of what we think we need or want and what we ARE NOT DOING. And if we're not grounded, inner safety isn't secured, anchors in place, and a bare minimum of self-worth in place, those reminders can feel defeating and drain our energy leaving us feeling unsafe.
