In this series, I'll share with you some things you can try right now to bring a little more joy and wonder into your life. I truly believe it will make you more resilient, and better able to cope with everything life is throwing at us. If we’re going to take care of ourselves, take care of each other, advocate for the vulnerable, fight for justice, we can’t afford to run out of gas. Just like our bodies need air, food, and water, our souls need the nourishment of deep connection, wonder, and joy.
