Demolisten

Mostly good bands on this week's episode. We also realize that the current wave of traditionalist hardcore is officially too consistently good. We don't need any more of it at the moment. Things have to go back to sucking for a while so we can appreciate what we've got again.

First of all, I meant "Purification Through Violence", not "Putrification", which is not a word. My brain was mixing the title "Putrefaction In Progress" with "Purification Through Violence" for some reason. Now that we've got that out of the way, we've got some pretty ripping stuff on the show tonight. Also, sorry for big upping a nationalist band...again. But yo, if it rips, it rips.

Both out of the kindness of our hearts and as a clever marketing strategy, we've decided to give you, the lowly non-paying listeners, a free Patreon episodes. Hopefully, this turns you on to some new music, encourages you to do some digging of your own, and convinces you that we are worth giving 5 bucks a month to. Man oh man. SO much great music came out this year. As we've asserted on the show before, I think it's really hard to argue against the fact that this is simply the best time ever for hardcore/punk/metal/alt/etc. in terms of sheer volume of great bands. We highlighted a small handful of stuff we liked, but a more comprehensive playlist is forthcoming.

Couple solid hits this week, as well as some French fuckery that really put us in a sour mood.

Sorry for the week off. I had a deadly disease. Apologies in advance for any sporadic posting over the holidays as well. Also, we totally heard Antro on a previous episode and they ripped, so my bad for their inclusion in the queue again.

A decided lack of great music and Nate caping up for Osama Bin Laden. What more could you ask for from an episode of this show?

Few things: 1. Target has been around since the 60s. 2. I meant ponzi scheme. 3. If you bang your mom, all bets are off.

Sometimes it's good to have a reminder that Nate just constantly fabricates shit, and this episode is that reminder. Anyway, shoutout to the 260, bitch.
