You’re probably familiar with the term “dense breasts.” You may even have dense breasts. And I’ve already taught you that dense breasts are a risk factor for breast cancer. But do you know why they are? Can you think of any logical reason that more of a normal part of your breast anatomy would put you at greater risk of breast cancer?
