part of the culture at BHOF. Research has shown that having an “attitude of

gratitude” is not only good for us emotionally, but physically too! An

attitude of gratitude means making the conscious habit of expressing

appreciation on a regular basis for big and small things alike. When we do

this, and practice it, it becomes a healthy habit.
