Diabetes Core Update is a monthly podcast that presents and discusses the latest clinically relevant articles from the American Diabetes Association’s four science and medical journals – Diabetes, Diabetes Care, Clinical Diabetes, and Diabetes Spectrum. This issue is a special issue covering the American Diabetes Association's Standards of Care 2017. This Part 1 will cover general diagnosis and managment recommendations and Part 2 will discuss pharmacologic therapy.
