Fear and anxiety almost killed me, so right now my philosophy has changed, I’m no longe afraid of things that might not happen or things I can not control. It’s our own responsibility to stop having limits as to what we can achieve in life .

It’s a war out here, don’t get old and try to date, especially if you are not wealthy, you are not funny or you are certainly not 6 foot tall, blonde with blue eyes perhaps tall dark and handsome. If you are a black man I’m a white space then forget it, it’s game over you are simply not interesting enough, you are most likely scary or sound aggressive. It’s not a good space to be middle age and trying to date. Personally my role here is to empower you to learn to survive solo, I want you to learn to be successful at making friends with other men, learn to talk with other men. An opportunity for you to get away from not feeling good enough. As a man you can never do anything right.

As a black man, I am seeing a trend in the dating world, the trend worries me a little bit. We have many eligible black women no longer dating black men and getting hitched to other races. We have young black men who are dating white girls and living our beautiful black women wondering why they are being neglected by black men. A few years ago there was an alarming statistic that showed droves of black young men under the age of 21 were dating a high proportion of white girls. In this podcast I am asking this highly controversial question, why are our black queens turning away from dating black men.

Part of growing as an individual is to seek self development, however that looks like for you, I suggest you take sometime out and you step out of your comfort zone. We have a lot to learn from our past, a lot to develop and become well rounded with our thought process. Growing up in poverty, council estate, parental roles and getting over such things to building a successful life. Living in a world where our traumas are helping us to build a business. We dive deep into how exercise can be harmful and at the same time be a great thing. We dissect how coaching has benefited both of us at different ages and stages of our life.
