Nash testified that when he attempted to call 911, Combs intervened, instructing that Ventura be taken to a plastic surgeon instead. He also described another episode where Combs allegedly threatened to release explicit videos of Ventura, stating he would distribute them to her family and the public if she defied him. Earlier in the day, the court heard from Lance Jimenez, a Los Angeles firefighter and arson investigator, who testified about the 2012 firebombing of Kid Cudi's Porsche. Jimenez detailed the use of a Molotov cocktail in the attack and noted that, despite partial DNA evidence, the perpetrator remained unidentified.
