A bye week for Arizona State Sun Devils football was either perfectly or terribly timed, depending on who you asked. The bye came right after a crucial Arizona State Sun Devils football win over the then #21 Washington Huskies football program. Some believed the team would've been better off continuing to play on a winning streak, while others believed they needed to go into a week of rest off a win and feeling good moving forward. Regardless, there are still plenty of things we want to see from this Arizona State Sun Devils football team for the final six games of the 2022 season. It starts with coaching, where we hope the offense commits an offensive identity to the strength of either Emory Jones or Trenton Bourguet. Speaking of offense, can we find a way to get Daniyel Ngata, Elijah Badger, and the tight ends Messiah Swinson and Jalin Conyers more involved? Defensively, we need better pass rushing and more turnovers, but seeing any growth is a win for us. If nothing else, then let's keep giving more roles to Khoury Bethley.
